the front desk girl was super friendly! she gave great travel advice for the next day and free train tickets to the airport for the morning. water in the lobby was much appreciated. the kettle for tea and coffee in the room was fantastic too! it showed a real generosity.

The room lighting wasn't great. Especially for working. i thought the breakfast wasn't very good! it could definitely be improved. also the staff weren't always cute! it felt a little cold and not very helpful.
