the location near the botanical garden was certainly convenient. the staff were helpful with directions and local information. the breakfast had a good selection of pastries (i especially liked the croissants!).
the room felt a little small for two people with luggage. the bathroom lacked counter space for toiletries. the noise from the street was noticeable at times (even with the windows closed).

The hotel provided air-conditioning and an elevator, both worked great. i appreciated the staff. They were very helpful. we were able to leave our suitcases after check out, a real bonus before our flight. breakfast was awesome, so many tasty options, yum!
the room pillows were lumpy, it was hard to sleep.
