The staff were friendly. My One-Bedroom Apartment was beautifully decorated and spacious. I found the bed to be comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern kitchen had excellent fittings, including a great working fridge!
The TV remote was not working, though I didn't report it.

My stay began with a pleasant surprise, a complimentary upgrade to a spacious three-bedroom apartment. This apartment included individual bathrooms for each room. It also had a shared kitchen, a cozy living room, and a balcony with a nice city view. I appreciated the excellent complimentary breakfast. The buffet was really delicious (the fresh fruit was my favorite!).
the towels was worn, almost off-white, and some even had small tears. The worn condition of the towels was a slight disappointment.

The staff was always ready to assist and available at reception. I found them SUPER helpful.
The breakfast options seemed limited, I noticed. It took quite some time for it to arrive, and when it did, it was not entirely correct. We ordered beef sausage, BUT we received pork instead.

An interconnected door allowed noise from adjacent, loud neighbors. My stay in the room was unpleasant because of this noise issue.
