the location was easy to find. it had a beautiful seafront location. restaurants were within easy walking DISTANCE. the staff were great and helpful. the room was very clean and had lots of space.
reception is in the bar and restaurant. it was quite off-putting. the room needed refurbishment. radiators had dust, especially in the bathroom. a light was missing in the bedside lamp.

the hotel boasts an unbeatable price. i also got a complimentary upgrade on a thursday night. the staff was helpful. they were ready to help me check in late.
I had issues with getting any room service. It was impossible. there is no receptionist on duty as they are busy serving the restaurant clients. There is no phone in the room.
