The breakfast had GREAT options. I enjoyed the freshly cooked food and the variety of cereals (i REALLY liked the muesli!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and provided plenty of storage for clothes. The bed was comfortable.
The parking was a little tricky. It was difficult to find a spot at busy times (i wish there were more spaces!). The room felt a little dated. The room definitely needed painting.

The room had ample storage. A shower and bath were both available in the bathroom. I found a comfortable bed! The restaurant had a nice atmosphere. There was also a separate bar with a lovely mezzanine seating area. Freshly cooked breakfast options included cereals.
The lift was a bit slow, but the stairs were a good alternative.

the location offers easy access to forest walks. Staff members were accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere was great, and the food was excellent. i will definitely consider staying again.
i found no designated parking bay available for disabled badge holders. the bed was uncomfortable. i hope improvements are considered.

the restaurant is fantastic with food to die for. the head of the restaurant and waitresses offered great service at breakfast and dinner. chefs catered for all our needs .

the hotel location provides easy parking with entrance to the forest park very close. the town is well served by public transport with buses across the road. taxi service to newcastle takes 10 mins.

the hotel looked very smart it had a fantastic appearance. breakfast included plenty of choice plus the staff were pleasant.
my room design was poorly thought out there wasn't a plug near the long mirror so i couldn't fix my hair. i only had 3 hangers i think i should not have to ask for more.
