the facilities were super clean.
The location proved quite difficult to find. I received no specific instructions prior to arrival. a local resident assisted me after i called the hotel for directions. i find it unacceptable a clearer explanation of the access route was not provided initially. ALSO, no tv was available in the room.

I was pretty annoyed by a few things. The bathroom seemed oddly designed. Water drained poorly after showers. The whole floor became wet. there wasn't a tv in the room! That was quite disappointing.

the location is fantastic with historical significance. i appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. the building itself is lovely with fine grounds. breakfast was good, with a decent selection.
the bathroom drainage was poor, and the bathroom flooded a bit after a shower.

Plenty of free parking spaces are available . the building has very nice history and is wonderful. it has fine countryside. Driving onto the estate was amazing.

The building and the surroundings were beautiful. I found the location very convenient to visit Stonyhurst College. The room had comfortable beds and tea and coffee. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom.
