Excellent Stay
friendly staff super clean room comfy bed breakfast twist
The staff were friendly and cute. the room was super clean and warm with a comfy bed. the food was good. I had a gluten-free double burger with cheese and asian-style slaw. breakfast included eggs benedict with a special twist.
The shower pressure was poor. I had to hold the shower head as the clip was broken and no shower curtain was present.

The staff were helpful and nice. They showed good culture. the staff explained gluten-free options and were very friendly. luggage assistance was available upon arrival and departure.

cold room damaged lock
The room was quite cold and I could not figure out how to make the heating work. Breakfast should not cost extra considering how much the room cost. A member of my group locked their key in their room, so staff had to Google how to open the door. This process damaged the lock.

poor shower pressure early closing
The shower had poor pressure and I had to hold the shower head. The clip was broken and there was no shower curtain. The bar and restaurant closed early at 10 PM though signs indicated later hours.

Acceptable stay with some issues
cold room heating system
The staff was polite .
I found the room quite cold. Nobody explained how the heating system worked. This meant I was uncomfortable for a portion of my visit.

Solid Stay with Notable Perks
pool table tapas dishes fresh milk
i found a pool table and darts in the comfortable bar area. the separate restaurant had very tasty tapas style dishes. fresh milk was available in the tea and coffee making facilities within the clean bedroom. i thought the breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked, and with plenty of choices.
I experienced cold rooms. Nobody explained how the heating worked.
