the breakfast hamper included croissants from a local bakery. coffee in the room was excellent (i especially liked the variety). i also appreciated the location near the hermitage walk.

the hotel offers a sauna. it also features a plunge tank. the bar had live folk music with patrons playing instruments.

the bed was comfortable. sheepskin rugs were provided near the bed. the rooms include complimentary coffee. the rooms and interior had a warm, personal style.

i found the staff friendly. a brummie chap served me coffee. he made a great flat white.

the restaurant offered a good dinner. breakfast included yoghurt and berries, i find that delicious. the beds where comfortable.
waiting to check in took a while, no staff was immediately present.

charming riverside retreat
comfortable bedfantastic viewhearty breakfast
the apartment included a dishwasher and washing machine! the bed was comfortable and the view was good. i particularly enjoyed the cute package, it featured eggs, a sourdough loaf, butter, milk, and orange juice.
the location is superb, however, the room rate seems high relative to the facilities provided.

The hotel provides a beer garden conveniently located across the street near the tay. It is a great spot to spend some time. the proximity to the riverside gardens enhances the overall appeal!

the outside space adjacent to the river offers a picturesque setting, i loved this area of the hotel. the picnic breakfast arrangement is a charming touch that guests greatly appreciate, it elevates the experience.

the breakfast basket, delivered each morning, included juice, a croissant from a local bakery, yogurt, and granola! dining by the river is an absolute treat, especially with the breakfast basket.
