a peaceful retreat

ample parkinglovely gardennoise issues
the hotel had ample car parking. the gardens were VERY lovely with beautiful views. i also appreciated the freshly cooked breakfast, prepared to order and delicious. the entire experience felt homely. i will return.
Our room was right next to the front door, SO there was a lack of privacy. I needed the blinds closed constantly. this also meant noise. I heard clanking from what i assume was the kitchen at various times of the day.

Adequate stay at this hotel

varied breakfastamazing staffmissing shelveskitchen noise
The breakfast was really good. It had a lot of variety. The staff was also amazing. They looked after me well .
The room lacked shelves in the bathroom. This was inconvenient. Noise from what sounded like the kitchen woke me up during the night, unpleasant.

Good Location and Secure Parking

cooked breakfastsecure parkingfront doorpoor lighting
This B&B is in the heart of the area!!! The freshly cooked breakfast was AMAZING. We were passing through on motorbikes and there is great secure off street parking!!!
Our room should not have been let out. It's right next to the front door. The lighting isn't great at night, with only a reading or main light.
