unwelcoming receptionistwater temperature
The receptionist was not very cute. She did not seem happy to be there. The shower was also a problem. It was difficult to regulate the water temperature. It fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. This made showering UNPLEASANT.

Charming Stay!

The breakfast offered good quality food. The service was also good. I checked in earlier than expected because the receptionist was very professional. A lady managing breakfast was very courteous! The bar selection provided a decent choice of drinks.
The room I had wasn't very clean. There were many stains on the tables. The furniture was very minimal.

Acceptable Hotel with a Few Issues

delicious breakfastbus routetired bathroomrude receptionist
The breakfast was delicious!!! The waitress made us very welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. Both members of the service staff were a credit to the hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is on the bus route. The bar and lounge is great. I was happy to have my evening meal and drinks at the hotel each day.
The bathroom was very tired. I found no customer lift, and I was three flights up. The receptionist needs to be reminded she is the first person guests contact. She was rude and everything was too much trouble.
