the staff were friendly and helpful! breakfast was very good and dinner had an extensive menu and was excellent. our bedroom was large, well equipped, and very comfortable. vehicle parking was spacious and a frequent bus service was very useful.
the room only included enough tea and coffee for one drink each.

i noticed a slight noise from traffic. it wasn't unbearable. but slightly noticeable during quieter times.

The staff was helpful and engaging. The hotel location is good.
My room was not properly cleaned. There was hair in the bathroom and stains on the carpet! The noise from the street kept me awake at night. Heavy traffic continued until late.

The check-in was easy. The staff seemed cute and accommodating.
I found noise from traffic disturbing. The stairway had a damp smell. I felt that £150 per night was a bit much.
