overpriced menu watered down cocktails
The outdoor bathtub looked great, but it was too cold to use it . The food also proved disappointing. The menu seemed overpriced for the quality offered. The drink prices were equally high (I suspected the cocktails may have been watered down). It was also annoying that I couldn't order at the bar but had to wait for table service.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel Experience
friendly staff thorough explanation lovely added touches
The staff is fantastic they are really what makes this place sparkle. Everyone was cute friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Leah at reception welcomed us warmly and thoroughly explained the facilities breakfast details and spa treatments. The complimentary popcorn and mud ritual were lovely added touches. I really felt valued as a guest and already booked my next visit.
The room was slightly smaller than I expected but it was still perfectly functional and cozy.

The food was very delicious everything was prepared well and presented beautifully. The restaurant has a great vibe with attentive staff it made every meal special. The bar staff make great cocktails too and are happy to accommodate requests.

The service at this hotel is top notch everyone is helpful and friendly. The staff were pretty good too ensure a great experience . They were quick to address any concerns and always available to help with requests.

The spa offers a very relaxing experience with a range of treatments and facilities. The pool area is well kept with plenty of space for relaxation I was so excited. The hotel also offers unique amenities like the mud ritual a fun experience.

The hotel location is perfect with easy access to local attractions and amenities. It has beautiful surroundings that are very peaceful and enjoyable to explore. Parking is convenient and readily available .

The bed in my Comfy room was comfortable. The room was very clean. The breakfast offered many great choices.
The waiting time for drinks at the bar was slightly longer than expected.
