quiet atmosphere excellent staff good direction warm water maintenance work lack of guarantee
Check-in at reception was handled very well. I also received excellent directions to my room. The hotel had a very quiet atmosphere.
The lack of warm water for bathing was a problem. The hotel was fully booked so moving was difficult. I experienced frustration because the maintenance work was not guaranteed to resolve the issue.

beautiful site faultless decor helpful staff slow service dirty bathroom missing grout
The setting IS beautiful. The decor definitely seemed faultless. I found the staff to be nice and helpful. The breakfast selection was perfect.
I found the attentiveness and service declined when the bar area became busy. It took 40 minutes to get a seat. The bathroom in the beautiful king room looked dirty and had missing grout.

warm staff historic character spacious bath
the staff created a warm welcome as i arrived the hotel displayed history through its character the bath in my room was spacious i felt relaxed there i was grateful for the care.
the minibar pricing felt a little high.

the breakfast included a broad selection of items the restaurant provided friendly service i was pleased with the speed of the staff there i liked the variety of options available.

the hotel is near the city airport access is very easy and fast the surrounding area is beautiful with many gardens to explore the proximity to transportation enhances accessibility.

the gym includes several treadmills and stationary bikes the pool area has many loungers the spa offers a relaxing environment for treatments i appreciated the cleanliness and order of the facilities.
