Really good Service and Convenient Parking

Check-in was quite quick. Parking in nearby value car parks across the road is also convenient. The room was serviced every morning which I greatly appreciated.

I particularly enjoyed the turn-down service with a nice box of chocolates left on the bedside table. The staff demonstrated genuine care.
I noticed the gym has a very small space for a 5-star hotel, limiting workout options.

upon arrival, my request for a higher floor room was gracefully handled by the staff. the room was spacious and well appointed. all staff interactions were cordial and the customer service was excellent.
the air conditioning in my room seemed a little weak, especially during the warmer hours of the day, and adjusting it didn't seem to make much difference.
