excellent stay near the tube!

The rooms are located above a lively pub, but the noise wasn't an issue for me. the pub has great food and live music sometimes. i could easily grab a meal and drink before heading up to my room. i found the refurbished bathrooms clean. There was plenty of hot water.
the pillows were a little too soft for my liking.

the hotel offers free parking , a big plus. it is close to a tube station. the bar area can get busy, especially on saturday nights when they have a dj for entertainment.

my room was spacious and very clean. a fan was provided, which i really appreciated. the bed was very comfortable, a huge plus after a long day of travel. the room had sufficient space for my luggage.

This location is excellent. Access to transportation is easy. the tube station is very close. reaching central london took about 40 minutes, quite reasonable. it's convenient for exploring the city.

Breakfast had many choices from the menu. i had the full english breakfast both mornings. it was very filling. the breakfast room was bright and inviting. It made for a nice start to the day.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. rachel was especially cute during check-in. tony and harry were attentive at the bar. leanne was lovely during breakfast service. i felt very welcomed.

lovely staffconvenient locationcomfortable room
I found the staff lovely, they helped me a lot. the location worked very well. It is just steps from the train station. my room was roomy, clean, comfortable, and also very quiet (i slept like a baby!).
The shower controls were very stiff. I could only get very cold or very hot water.

good breakfastfriendly stafffaded decorpeeling wallpaper
the breakfast offered a good selection (i liked the full english). the staff were all very friendly and helpful .
the room decor seemed a bit faded in places, so the hotel needs some tlc. i also noticed some wallpaper peeling off in the bedroom, which wasn't ideal.
