The room was beautifully decorated and felt quite luxurious. The breakfast was great (especially the pastries!).
The wifi signal was very weak in my room, a luxury double room. I asked about it at the front desk, but the staff could not fix it.

The staff gave me a warm welcome. holly and hannah provided efficient table service, which i appreciated. the menu had a great selection of pub favorites. The food was delicious. i found the service professional.
my room faced the back of the hotel. it became very warm, even though the radiators were cool. leaf hoovering occurred at 10:30pm. this noise made sleep difficult.

The room was a decent size. I did like the luxury double room i got.
The shower barely worked. The water pressure was awful. i told someone at the desk about it, but they didn't seem too concerned about it. also, there was a weird charge on my bill that i didn't understand. It was frustrating trying to get it explained.

The pub was beautiful and our room was lovely. The staff were friendly. They were very helpful . The hotel experience was considerably above our expectations, especially as we traveled with our dog. All staff were personable and very friendly, always welcome.
The hot water took a considerable time to warm up in the morning.

The beds were very comfortable , guaranteeing sound sleep. I found tea , coffee , and snacks available in the room. The staff were helpful and friendly , contributing to a relaxing stay. I greatly appreciated the plentiful parking and its easy access , a huge plus.
