the proactive staff resolved the initial accommodation mix up very quick. i got a complimentary meal voucher plus a free drink as compensation. a fantastic manager helped sort accommodations without hesitation. justyn proved very helpful, showing a real commitment to the hotel.
i noticed it was slightly too close to the road, so there was a bit of traffic noise.

the staff was friendly. the breakfast was good, i enjoyed the selection (especially the vegetarian options!). the room offered a beautiful view of the loch. the bathroom had regional soaps, i found this a nice touch.
the hotel is located close to the road. i noticed a lot of traffic noise. the outside area needs tidying up. the car park had broken down cars, it gave a bad first impression on arrival.

the room was clean and modern. it had excellent views of the bay. the staff were friendly and thoughtful from check-in right through to our departure. the supper was delicious, especially the haggis and black pudding bon bons!!!
