The bathroom definitely needs updating. It felt old and not as clean as i'd expect. also, the breakfast service was a mess. They ran out of cutlery and some food items were missing. it seemed disorganized and understaffed, this was annoying

The reception staff was super friendly and professional. An upgrade was offered and it was well worth it. The hotel is ideally situated. The restaurant is bright with plenty of space. Food quality was good and the service was really good.

They stopped often and seemed to go to the top floor frequently. This took a lot of time.

The dinner i booked for my wife's birthday was AWFUL!!! really disappointing. the fish was like something out of a cheap pub. plus, it was very small. my wife's chicken was cold and overcooked. the garnish was just thrown on. It looked like the chef could not be bothered. our starters weren't much better. it spoilt our night and my wife's birthday dinner.
