pushy staffpricey menu
i expected more. the staff at songbird seemed overly eager to rush us out. last orders were announced early, and they interrupted our meal for payment. it reminded me of they were trying to push us out quickly. also, the menu seemed quite pricey for what was offered.

some issues detracted from a luxury experience
do not disturb disturbancefaulty blinds
a staff member entered my room despite the 'do not disturb' sign this occurred at least twice. the first time they claimed to be bringing water though i already had eight bottles. on my last day while i was checking out another staff member entered to clean. she moved everything around and placed hand towels under various small items the control buttons for the blinds also didn't work properly it took many attempts to close them fully.
