adequate stay, some issues apparent
early closingdisorganized massage
the service kinda missed the mark. i booked a massage, they messed up the room location, and then charged my husband without asking. also, the bar closed SO early on a Friday night. it was quite annoying, especially after a mediocre dinner. honestly, it all felt rather disorganized and a little disappointing.

The room was clean and the bedding was nice. The coffee and tea in the room were good. The club was a bonus, a lovely area with nice sweets.
The pool noise was constant from morning till after dark. Kids rode their scooters in the halls. The staff seemed could do nothing about it.

Our bags were transported directly from the ferry to our room. This was convenient upon arrival. Quokkas were present near our room which was fun. The hotel also had a great bar next to the pub. The wine tasting with local wines and matched cheese was a great idea. The hosts Veronica and Sotiris were interactive.
The hotel did not respond to my message regarding a room request. I asked for a ground floor room due to my age and difficulty with stairs.
