clean roomtram access
the room was clean i found lots of amenities provided the breakfast had various choices available. the hotel is located close to the beach i could easily visit the attractions using the tram.
the double room i stayed in felt very small the en suite basin was inside the bedroom.

the breakfast was amazing it included a variety of options. the bar was nice and offered reasonably priced drinks. the hosts were very cute making me feel at home. they provide parking a great benefit in the area.
the double room felt a bit small the sink was inside the bedroom not the en suite.

Really good Stay with Wonderful Hosts

John and Maddie are fantastic hosts. The room was super clean, and I had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was first class each morning with quality ingredients.
The en suite was small with a step, so it might be difficult for elderly guests.

i had a family room. it was lovely and spacious. the tasty breakfast included was a bonus. the owners and other guests were very friendly. i really enjoyed the little family feel with everyone chatting in the bar.
I found only one triple plug socket in the room which was not ideal. I needed more charging options.

The hotel is situated near the sea front and a tram station. major tourist attractions are easily accessible. transportation options are excellent. I found it easy to get around the area without a car.

there is a bar area where guests can relax and enjoy drinks. the hotel provides a toy corner for children. i saw they have a front reception lounge area available , it had comfortable seating.

The double room was too small. It had a tiny en suite with the basin in the bedroom. Only one triple plug socket existed, which isn't enough for chargers these days.
