perfect locationlacking menutough steak
The room was acceptable and the location was perfect , at the top end of a quiet village.
The menu lacked imagination and seemed like a Harvester pub menu from the 1980s , but at gastro pub prices. My burger tasted like rubber. My friend's fish and chips sat on a lettuce leaf , with my other friend's steak being tough. The breakfast was pitiful with only one egg , one sausage , and a small amount of bacon.

Good Stay in a Charming Inn

spacious layoutquality toiletriescomplimentary parkingcute space
The room featured a spacious layout and was decorated tastefully. I found the bathroom provided fluffy white towels alongside quality toiletries. On-site parking was complimentary, a definite plus. The traditional pub had a cosy bar and restaurant. It was a cute space.
The bed was quite soft, almost like a waterbed, and I found it difficult to get comfortable. A firmer mattress would have been preferable.
