The breakfast buffet was a dream. Its selection suited any palate. The hotel staff were attentive, they assisted me promptly. The location near the river was convenient for boat transfers and I enjoyed the views.
Check-in lacked the warm welcome. Other guests received welcome drinks, but I did not. My room overlooked not the pool. I had to stand on the balcony to see it. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which I found inconvenient.

The rooms feature super clean spaces. There is a modern design with artistic details. I appreciated the Thai traditional dress activity. Miss Riti assisted with dressing and selecting accessories. she took beautiful photos around the hotel. The hotel staff helped me even when I missed my flight.
The swimming pool was very cold, to the point hardly anyone used it. The water temperature was 17°C, a bit uncomfortable for swimming.

The hotel has a superb pool with fine views of the river. Guests can also use the boat and bus shuttle to travel the area. There is a cocktail bar at the hotel, with a wide selection of drinks.

The staff are super friendly and cute. They always help with anything you need. Champ Ton from the Concierge team provided wonderful service. He treats guests with politeness and respect.

the complimentary river shuttle service to icon siam was convenient. the staff provided attentive service. i liked the spacious, well-equipped room . i appreciated the fine location on the river with private boat transfers.
the pool was a bit small given the size of the hotel
