The rooms had GREAT appointments and were VERY clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was excellent.

Customer service was Great. The staff was attentive, accommodating, and friendly. The staff assisted with a forgotten bottle of wine. They saved it for later pickup. The service was awesome.

The rooms feature modern lighting and high-quality finishes. The beds were comfy. The en-suite included a tv in the shower, GREAT. Parking was plentiful ON site.

Dinner at the pub WAS delicious, and breakfast was excellent. Two guests enjoyed steak, cooked PERFECTLY. Fires burning added a cozy touch. I had a VERY relaxed evening.

The location is convenient for Brimham Rocks and Fountains Abbey. I did not explore the area MORE due to a thunderstorm. The hotel makes a great base to explore the surrounding countryside. I RECOMMEND it.

The beautiful family room I stayed in featured a HIGH sleeper bed. My daughter liked it. The room's finish felt modern and I noticed the cleanliness. On-site parking was plentiful which I appreciated, it made everything easier.
