lovely design helpful staff nice neighborhood sound protection constant noise dirty breakfast
My room had a lovely design, it was indeed very clean. The staff were so helpful (nikita was specially kind). The location was good, a nice neighborhood away from the bustle.
My room facing the street offered no sound protection at all. Constant noise from delivery motorbikes, cars, and patrons at nearby bars kept me up.

perfect location safe neighborhood short walk noisy room club music early hours
the hotel boasted a perfect location for exploration. i found a safe neighborhood filled with antique stores and art galleries. the istiklal caddesi was also a short walk away.
my room was quite noisy. club music came from the street into the early hours. i could only have the window shut with the air-con on. the hotel staff mentioned they put me on the quiet side, but i could still hear it.

The noise level was a problem for me. I found it difficult to sleep because of the street noise. Also , the room felt quite small for the price I paid.

decent stay, some noise issues
good location helpful staff breakfast buffet street noise small room no elevator
the location was quite good for exploring. breakfast had a lot of options at the buffet counter. the staff was always available and willing to help (i did ask for directions a couple of times).
my room faced the street and had little soundproofing. constant noise from traffic and nearby bars disrupted sleep. the room was also very small (hard to open my luggage fully). there was no lift access to my room, on the fourth floor.

clean room heated floor helpful staff vibrant location
I enjoyed the cleanliness, the room had a wonderful bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. a heated tiled floor. It felt luxurious. the staff were great when a member of my group became ill, offering assistance whenever possible. i really appreciated the convenient and vibrant location.
my room was located near the street and offered minimal sound protection, so noise from traffic and nearby establishments was noticeable at times.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions and public transport. the surrounding neighborhood features numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants, so finding conveniences was never a problem. The hotel also provides quick access to many sites.

The staff were consistently friendly and ready to help. They provided valuable assistance with directions and local information. their responsiveness. Also the employees were really thoughtful!

stylish room excellent recommendation farewell gift
The hotel features stylishly decorated rooms on the upper floors. I appreciated that. Nikita at reception offered an excellent kebab recommendation. The hotel even provided a thank you farewell gift (I found this to be a very nice touch).
The street-facing rooms offer no sound protection, which caused some disturbance.
