the concierge did an excellent job. he made sure a fed ex package with business cards arrived before i left. it was beyond the call of duty, really good. the location near the botanical gardens is convenient.
i experienced a long check in time. the staff wasn't very attentive during check in. the chiller wasn't cold enough , yogurt and milk went bad.

i found the staff super nice and helpful. the room was great and exactly as described. the pool area was beautiful , with a shuttle bus service i loved.
the hotel did not have wardrobes in the room. there was also no iron. the room size was quite small.

The floor-to-ceiling windows. i enjoyed the walking distance to the botanic gardens. It was lovely! the innovative food at kaya, especially dinner, was something special. the staff were always friendly.
the room lacked sufficient storage space. i had to keep my belongings in my suitcase, it was rather inconvenient.

I found the staff super helpful. They celebrated my anniversary with a complimentary cake. The pool area has a swim up bar, and poolside music set the right ambience.
I noticed a lack of wardrobes in the room , and there was no iron either.

I found the staff to be cute and helpful. The hotel exudes style and hospitality. The rooms are beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and AMAZING Davines products. The pool area includes a Fine pool complete with a swim-up bar. Perfect.
The soundproofing in the rooms was not perfect. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.
