Our anniversary at this hotel was really lovely! We got an upgrade to the ocean villa on the rocks. The ocean views were fine. Lilik and Wendy made our day extra special by surprising us with a flower petal decoration in our villa. The royal banyan spa experience was worth EVERY penny.
I found some inconvenience with the buggy service here. Sometimes, i waited for 20 minutes. I saw multiple buggies parked at the reception area. They should improve this service. I think

the staff were friendly. housekeeping staff made towel origami. the dining service team were ready to assist. the team ensured our food came nice. it came at the right temperature. whatsapp number made in room dining accessible.

spacious villa mosquito nets old resort wall sockets
The ocean view two bedroom villa was spacious. The king sized beds included surround mosquito nets. I appreciated the private villa pool. It was very inviting for a family swim.
The resort seems old and shows its age. Some power sockets in my room were coming off the wall. I was only able to use the sockets at the bedside.
