friendly staff restaurant menu
the staff were very friendly and happy to help!!! the room included a good supply of tea and coffee. breakfast was freshly cooked to order, and i liked the choices on the restaurant menu too.

i found a good range of drinks at the bar. the family room had spacious facilities. i enjoyed that the free parking had plenty of space.
i noticed the room looked run-down. i felt the room was generally unclean. staff provided no compensation when i reported my concerns.

clean room super clean shower
the room was clean the shower was super clean i found the staff very obliging. the late check out suited my travel plans well
i noticed the net curtains had a small tear near the window it was barely noticeable though

A comfortable and convenient stay
helpful staff ample parking fabulous choice easy access
The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my visit. I found ample parking in the large car park. Breakfast offered a fabulous choice and really good quality. The location provided easy access to nearby attractions.
I noticed just one small issue, the pillows in the room were firmer than i prefer.

The double room had usual facilities. The room was very clean and tidy upon arrival. A radiator was available and could be easily adjusted by hand for customized comfort, which i found convenient.

The pub connected to the hotel had beautiful decor. I enjoyed the food choice. The restaurant is easily accessible. The hotel also offers a large car park free of charge who are driving.

limited breakfast options unavailable fruit salad
the room was clean and quite large.
The breakfast options were limited, white bread for toast was not available. Only granary bread was offered. there also wasn't any fresh fruit available, i think a fruit salad should have been included, though.

limited breakfast subpar service
The location proved adequate for my travel plans in the area.
The provided breakfast lacked variety as only one item from the menu was permitted. I specifically asked for scrambled egg on toast alongside yoghurt and granola, but this request received a blunt refusal. Dinner involved a Sunday meal at the restaurant, resulting in severe disappointment due to poor food quality, small portions, and subpar service.
