my stay happened in a beautiful room with one king bed. the room layout it provides had me feeling very comfortable. the staff treated all guest so nice and friendly, they were wonderful.

there wasnt refrigerators or coffee in any of the rooms.

I appreciated the really good cleanliness. Hospitality was above average, i felt. Staff greeted me frequently. They held the door open upon entering and exiting on several occasions.

The valet and bell man are the SAME person. I think they've had very little training and none on politeness, sadly. They watched me carry the stroller in and out of the hotel. It's the first hotel that never offered any assistance. I have stayed at many hotels around the WORLD.

inadequate air conditioningstaff attitude

The staff mentioned they were out of mini-refrigerators for the rooms. Air conditioning was INADEQUATE. (I really needed it!) I was told to just park using the meters on the street when using valet and returning in 20 minutes. The staff had a "whatever" attitude.
