Excellent Stay Close to Everything

I found the water stations on each floor convenient. They stocked them with bottles, which I appreciated a lot. The staff was helpful. They answered my questions about nearby attractions (I was curious about the best routes to local theaters) and gave me some good tips.
The walls seemed a little thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms, especially in the mornings. This made it a bit difficult to sleep in (I definitely needed my beauty sleep!).

The room included a Nespresso maker with various coffee pods, a great addition. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and two separate sinks, very useful for getting ready quickly (especially before a show!).

There was complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby available all day. I saw many guests taking advantage of this, particularly in the mornings. The hotel is also close to many restaurants and cafes.

The location is central. Major attractions are within walking distance. The water dispenser was convenient, allowing me to refill my bottle easily. I found the staff helpful. They addressed my needs quickly. Coffee in the room was a plus.

the staff were very helpful. I received a foam pillow and television assistance quickly. This showed they care about customers. The hotel location is central. I walked to Central park, Times Square, and Bryant Park. Complimentary coffee, tea, and sparkling water were available in the lobby. Water refills were available on each floor.

The room was super clean and very modern. The bed provided great comfort, and the bedding felt fresh. The hotel offered shower amenities and lotion. Everything felt new.
The water pipe in the bathroom sink wasn't connected correctly, so I only had warm water. It was not convenient for brushing teeth.
