Fantastic Modern Hotel!

The bedroom was newly refurbished and really cool. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was clean and fitted out to a high standard! I especially liked the bottled water provided.
My bacon sandwich took longer than it should have. The bread was also very cold! I reported this to the lady there.

the hotel was recently renovated and looks very stylish. our suite was amazing and offered great value. it included a mini fridge and an espresso machine, a nice bonus. the breakfast was lovely with friendly staff.
I had a minor issue with the shower thermostat. It seemed stuck on a very hot setting. i reported this, and i hope the maintenance team can address it quickly .

the breakfast was excellent with flexible service times. the restaurant provided first class meals. the service was top notch in all areas.
i found issues with the shower thermostat. it remained stuck on scalding temperatures. the bacon sandwich i ordered took longer than expected with very cold bread.

The shower thermostat was stuck on scalding. This WAS unacceptable. my bacon sandwich took longer than it should have. the bread was very COLD too. her attitude was not what i expect from hospitality staff, when i reported it to the lady.
