I found the noise insulation to be quite poor. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room. This impacted my ability to relax. The room lacked milk for the provided kettle and coffee machine. both appliances contained old water when I arrived.

I stayed in a king room. It was a lovely large room, so my dog had plenty of space. Dog treats were a nice touch too.

I could hear every word from the room next door. There was also no milk provided. The kettle had old water in it
