The staff were nice and helpful. They always had smiles.
The room was way too cold. The heating barely worked, and I was really uncomfortable most of the night, and the cold water tap in the bathroom didn't work properly either.

the room was comfortable and clean. it had tea and coffee making facilities and topped-up bottles of water. a big car park existed at the hotel.
the tv reception was not great.

the car park is very big, allowing easy parking for all guests. a great outdoor seating area exists. this area has several tables and chairs.

the staff were ALWAYS friendly and ready to help with any questions. they quickly swapped rooms when i needed a twin instead of a double. i think the staff is great.

The staff provided fantastic care and attention! someone even called to ask if i wanted a table. the food impressed me at both dinner and breakfast. all staff were great. They were really friendly and cute.
I noticed parts needed airing. The carpeting felt a bit stale in areas with heavy foot traffic. i also noticed a lack of interesting wall pictures in certain spots

The christmas lunch includes turkey and pigs in blankets! roast potatoes were available. the waitress said roasties would be better than the sunday carvery version. I found this charming. sprouts and honey roast carrots are also on the menu!

the location proves convenient for snetterton circuit workers. the large car park made it easy to park! a friendly welcome enhanced the arrival experience, establishing an inviting tone for the whole duration of the stay

Rooms included private entrances. the staff provided all facilities. the staff members were also helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. i found fabulous gluten-free options too

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the good variety of well-made meals, both breakfast and evening meals. there was plenty of parking. That was a definite plus.
the wifi connection was unreliable . this made it difficult to stream content on my devices.

internet access was nearly non existent. i couldn't work from the apartment. there was no full length mirror anywhere so i could not check my appearance.

The staff offered early breakfast rolls. I found it very helpful. Fresh towels were in my room. The bright kitchen area provided tea and coffee making facilities. I also appreciated the quiet location (a real plus for a good night's sleep).
