deep-fried food old bed
the room seemed spacious and presented itself well.
The food wasn't great. the breakfast items tasted heavily deep-fried. hash browns, black pudding, and sausages shared this flavor profile. canned mushrooms were discernible. the beds were old. I returned home with a bad back and the windows were nailed shut.

friendly staff helpful service good breakfast
The staff was friendly and very helpful. I immediately felt welcomed. Breakfast had a tasty and good value.
The room had a minor maintenance issue. The shower holder was loose from the wall.

The breakfast offered excellent quality and plentiful options, including a superb Suffolk breakfast. Lunch was delicious and reasonably priced with a varied menu available for dinner. Drinks were also reasonably priced and the service attentive.

The hotel has beautiful grounds and a lovely garden. The classic velvet accented wallpapers in the public areas added charm. The location provides peace and tranquility. The garden views are really cool

fresh pastries spacious room
the breakfast offered a good array of options. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. the room was spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. housekeeping kept everything immaculate, with fresh towels daily. the bed was large. we loved the well kept garden!
the tv remote in our room needed new batteries.

Really good Service and Lovely Food
helpful staff breakfast choice family room pretty view
The staff helped arrange transportation to the races. I thought that lady serving breakfast displayed patience. The food was cooked to order, a detail I LIKE. The garden and dining area offered pretty views.
I found a few maintenance issues in the room. A loose toilet seat was one.

The family rooms have plenty of space. A big garden can be enjoyed. I found that there is a lift (elevator). It was that parking spaces are always available.

wow what a find!
lovely staff breakfast options air conditioning
The staff was so lovely and helpful, i loved talking to them. breakfast was a treat. Many options there! our family room had air conditioning, such a bonus in the summer. the hotel provided us with tea and coffee making facilities, i appreciated that detail.
the loud music from a party downstairs was a problem, the noise went on quite late. it really disturbed my sleep.
