lovely stay, great location

the room presented very well. the bed was comfortable. a good range of complimentary tea and coffee was available. the location was in a pretty residential street, only a short walk to town. i appreciated the smooth check-in process and helpful host.
i found far too many light switches, confusing. the bathroom was not completely clean. i also found an old blood stain on a sheet. the light in the bathroom would not switch off.

Check-in was very easy. The room was modern and clean. I found the beds very comfortable for a restful sleep. The location is great, approximately a 15-20 minute walk to the city center, a manageable distance.
I found there were far too many light switches. All the different lights were confusing and annoying. It would be better if the controls were simplified and more intuitive.

communication was great right from when i booked. the location is ideal, about a 10-minute walk to the town center along a quiet street. the room was equipped with air conditioning. i especially liked the tv in the room, it included netflix.
the staircase was quite narrow, a bit challenging to navigate with luggage.

I found a great distance from the centre. It made walking into the city easy and it was nice and quiet in the evening. I really appreciated the fans in the bedroom because it was hot.
