the hotel is close to public transport stations. a shopping mall is nearby as are good restaurants. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

the kitchen area had everything i needed it was well stocked. the staff were kind and helpful it.
my room was next to the street it was near a pedestrian crossing. the street noise made it hard to sleep properly

The location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby public transportation.
The noise level was unbearable, especially starting at 7:00 AM during peak hours. The TV did not work, and the staff failed to provide a helpful response regarding it. Before check-in, the staff repeatedly called, demanding to know the exact arrival time, down to the minute. This was rather annoying.

i found the location convenient for exploring. the room was clean and well kept. the staff provided excellent support and were very approachable. i appreciated the building felt safe and secure .
I think a vending machine could be a nice addition. It would offer guests easier access to drinks and snacks.

the suite was equipped with cups, plates, and cutlery, it was convenient. the suite was clean. the location is slightly away from the city center. however, it is close to shopping centers and fast food outlets.
