fantastic seafront stay
ideal locationexcellent breakfast selectionaccommodating staff
i found the location ideal for exploring local attractions. the room offered a comfortable space and the breakfast selection was excellent. the staff were very friendly and accommodating to any requests i had (especially with my early check-in).
the lift was slightly slow, although this wasn't a major issue.

the hotel's position is convenient, being near the de la warr pavilion, across the street. it is approximately a ten-minute walk from the train station.

the team was helpful, readily assisting with requests. they provided support for gluten and dairy-free dietary needs at breakfast without any difficulty, showing attentiveness to individual requirements.

The breakfast was good. It met my expectations.
My room felt small, and i wasn't expecting that. the size wasn't clear when i booked, so i was a bit disappointed. also, the restaurant felt quite cold. It wasn't very inviting.

my room was very spacious and its so great. the restaurant downstairs served excellent food. the staff are amazing, they was friendly and helpful.
the pillows was cheap and not of good quality. i find the water temperature in the shower not very hot. the heating don't work, the room was freezing.

The room had a coffee machine with provided tea and coffee. Bathroom accessories were a nice touch. The room itself had amazing facilities. (I really enjoyed my stay).
The common areas showed some wear, particularly the stair entrance.

the location was on the seafront. the room had lovely decor. the staff were friendly. the included cooked breakfast was a superb quality.
my room was small with no carpet. the rustic floor had bare floorboards. the bathroom was small with an undersized shower cubicle.
