the princess SUITE room was amazing WITH sea views. a beautiful bed was there, also a very comfy couch. the bathroom had a built in tele in a mirror.

adequate but with issues
noisy roomslow service
the room felt quite small even though i booked a premium double room. it was also noisy being right above the entertainment area. i could hear everything through the thin walls and a strange noise from outside kept me awake. the evening meal was decent but the seating felt awkward. we were placed in the middle of the room near the dance floor. it took a while to get service and our dessert order was messed up.

the reception was cute the room upgrade was a pleasant surprise i found the beach-themed room furnished to a high standard the bed proved super comfortable the dining plan offered great variety and the restaurant staff were attentive providing excellent service.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel possesses a special vibe and a cosy atmosphere. lifts are available to all floors and cater to disabled guests. i also liked that the hotel provides an ironing room where guests can sort out their clothes.
the rooms were very warm especially in the entertainment room. i believe this is one very slight negative aspect.

staff was attentive and friendly, and i think they couldn't have done anymore for the many guests. a lady at the reception checked us in, explaining everything we needed, which i appreciated greatly.

The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi. These are nice and clean! the hotel offers direct taxi service using a phone by the entrance. This is convenient. also, towels are provided at the swimming pool.

The staff were helpful. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the bingo. It was great entertainment. I was also full from dinner but I had a light breakfast. It was tasty, hot, and cooked well. I would return for a longer stay. The rooms were beautiful.
The hotel decor did not match the photos online.
