fantastic holiday
smooth check-inhelpful staffvaried foodgood facilities
the check-in was smooth. staff were helpful. the food had variety from different cuisines. the hotel facilities were good.
the bus to return from the mall never came. we had to take an uber.

clean roominattentive staffpoor communication
the room was quite clean and spacious. i found the overall cleanliness acceptable.
the reception staff seemed to lack attention. communication between staff and guests felt poor. i think its not a family hotel.
