relaxing bathtub rooftop yoga convenient shop
The room had a bathtub, I found it relaxing! The rooftop yoga sessions were nice. It provided unique connection with nature. I also liked the convenience of the shop. It supported the local community.
The hotel is a bit far from central areas. Though it provides free transfer service to the beach.

great stay!
customer focus well maintained rooms
i really liked the customer focus of the staff. they accommodated all my requests. the hotel was clean and the rooms were well maintained. the staff consistently provided great service and were always available to assist.
the evening food was not great and lacked variety. there was not enough seating available during breakfast hours. the food served was often bland and uninspired for my taste.

The hotel provides complimentary transport to the beach. This is convenient. the staff were always smiling and ready to help. kae especially offered excellent service and was attentive. She maintained a professional manner.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach. the area around the hotel has a quiet atmosphere. this location is elevated and benefits from a nice breeze. That is a plus.

the hotel has a kid-friendly swimming pool. this pool is not very large when it is busy. the gym facilities are decent. they provide ample equipment and workout space!

customer focused staff well maintained rooms great service
I found the staff very customer-focused, always accommodating. The hotel maintained cleanliness well. The rooms were well-kept. I appreciated the staff training, as the service was consistently great.
The hotel's location is a bit far from the main attractions. Transportation is needed.

pool access shared jacuzzi dust problem dirty handles
my room featured direct pool access and that was super convenient. we didn't request this specifically, but it was great. the pool that staying open until 9pm was a nice surprise, also a warm jacuzzi were shared.
the hotel didn't appear particularly clean to me. i noticed dust nearly everywhere i looked, that was a shame. i saw marks on handles and glass surfaces, they seemed there for a long time.
