the staff were GREAT and really helpful during check-in. the room was clean, and it included all the amenities that I needed. I especially appreciated the complimentary lounge access.
i am writing to EXPRESS dissatisfaction about a thing. the gym was small. the equipment was not very well maintained.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. It had a wide variety of choices and everything tasted fresh. i found the location very convenient, close to many attractions. the staff at the front desk was always available to assist and provide directions. i appreciated the bose sound bar in the room, it allowed me to enjoy music with great sound quality.
the pillows felt a bit too small for my preference, so i had to use multiple to feel comfortable.

the room had a well kept atmosphere and a contemporary design. i appreciated the king-size bed because it offered plenty of space to relax. the inclusion of a decent-sized fridge proved invaluable for keeping beverages cool.

The breakfast was indeed fabulous , I must admit.
The gym was a bit of a letdown , I thought it was rather small , and some equipment was out of order. This made getting a full workout difficult , I must say.
