some issues .

lumpy pillowsstressed staff

the air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work well. i could not lower the temperature even when i set it to the lowest setting. the pillows were lumpy, and the duvet was too thick. i also found the staff stressed during breakfast. they seemed frantic to keep the space tidy. i didn't feel welcome and it impacted my experience negatively. we loved the breakfast, but the experience was overshadowed by the stress.

I found a superb breakfast, hard to pass up! The room felt spacious and the beds were comfy. The staff at the front desk reception proved helpful upon our arrival. The beds were convertible.

I noticed some dust in the room, and crumbs were on the floor. The bathroom bin had not been emptied after the previous guest. These cleaning oversights were a little bothersome.

The breakfast included a wide range of options and everything tasted fresh. The restaurant provides service to a high standard. I enjoyed the coffee and tea available. It made mornings easier.

the breakfast included many options. there was a fantastic coffee machine (i love my morning latte!). the brand-new gym was well-equipped for a proper workout.

the parking lot is a bit far away. it takes about ten minutes to reach it. the app needed for charging stations for electric cars could not be downloaded by a foreigner (this was not ideal).
