The breakfast selection was quite extensive. i noticed many local food options available. the coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. It was freely available throughout the day.
i found the water in the room to be of substandard quality. i chose not to drink it. the receptionists did not provide much helpful information. email responses seemed limited to weekdays only.

ok stay but some issues
slow serviceignored dessert
the restaurant was a real letdown. staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took ages to order. we waited a good half hour before anyone even took our order. after that slow start, our main courses arrived quickly enough and were tasty, but we were then ignored for another hour and a half. we had to make a scene to get the dessert we ordered earlier.

I appreciated the cleanliness and modern decor in MY room. the breakfast buffet offered a HUGE selection. It was one of the best i have experienced at a hotel. i found the location convenient, as it allowed me to easily walk to everything downtown.
