Acceptable stay with some issues

clean roomno hot waterlimited facilities
The room was clean and quite comfortable (I have to admit).
There was no hot water available for a bath. I had to ask for a discount on my bill. The tea and coffee facilities were not in the room. Instead, I had to go downstairs to the eating area.
