I found this hotel super clean and modern. i loved the breakfast choices. There were so many options every day! they made me a breakfast bag with sandwiches and brownies when i checked out super early. staff was great especially the super bubbly lady at the bar. she was really funny!
our room smaller than expected. its view was of old buildings. i wish they had provided better toilet paper.

the hotel location is perfect and so central. local buses, the underground, and trams are right next to the hotel. this makes getting around so easy. the spot is really quiet too!

the hotel is close to the opera underground station. i could easily use the underground and walk to main sightseeing spots. spar supermarkets are nearby and offer plenty of restaurants choices.
I found the air conditioning difficult to adjust in my room. It was often too warm.

The breakfast had a wide choice of dishes. The bar area looked nice. I received great service for getting taxis, it took only about twenty minutes to the MVM dome. The staff were really kind and helpful.

The hotel is close to many attractions. It is also easy to walk around. It is relatively quiet at night since it is one block away from the main street, so one sleeps well.

My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The room included a pillow menu with different options. Water was available to refill, this was quite convenient.

The reception staff was helpful. The staff gave good advice. They provided champagne on Saturday and Sunday morning. The personnel was very kind and ready to help with every need.

the location was good. it was near everything.
The room i got was not great. it was rather small, definitely smaller than it looked online. i also noticed the toilet had an unpleasant smell, and cleaning wasn't perfect. They left rubbish behind, even when it was obvious.
