the room looked quite decent and breakfast seemed edible.

The wi-fi barely worked. I had trouble streaming videos and doing basic web browsing. this was pretty inconvenient because i needed reliable internet for work, and using my mobile data constantly was costly. the signal strength was weak throughout the entire hotel, it seemed.

Karen and Graham greeted me warmly upon arrival. The house boasts tasteful decoration and individual touches in each room. Breakfast offered variety and tasted very nice, i liked fresh fruit a lot. The hosts gave helpful tips for local walks, I especially enjoyed the scenery.

I had a single yellow spots on the bathroom towel. It was not a problem, but I did notice it.

The location is excellent for road trips, giving easy access to scenic routes. Nearby parks provide opportunities for walks, I enjoyed the fresh air. The area seems very calm, away from big cities.

The house features really beautiful design. Common spaces are very nice. The hosts showed us the route through the Cairngorms and recommended a place for dinner that we really liked. Breakfast was VERY good!!!

there were quite a few rules, diminishing relaxation. outside food was prohibited, though there's no restaurant and dinner got cancelled. the dog policy seemed inconsistent, presenting different information before and after arrival.
