lovely short stay
quiet location on-site parking fresh fruit travel recommendation
The location was a short walk to the town centre. I appreciated that. On-site parking was available, and I found that very convenient. The breakfast offered many options, including fresh fruit and hot porridge. The host gave travel recommendations for the area. I appreciated this information.
My room had a slightly dated decor, though it was very clean.

a lovely stay
friendly welcome comfortable room good breakfast comfy bed
the welcome was friendly and informative, setting a positive tone for my stay. the room was super clean and cozy with plenty of hanging and drawers for clothes. i found the breakfast selection good, with a helpful host always available. the bed was very comfy.
the curtains in the room had some gaps at the top, as they were missing some hooks

some issues
unsteady fridge broken plug
the owners were nice but not always available i had to search for help when needed there was an unsteady fridge in my room also the shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were empty a broken electric plug was also in the room

bright room spacious room good quality furnishings empty container large opening unsteady fridge
the double room was bright and spacious, it was also well appointed. soft furnishings were of a very good quality. the continental breakfast provided a wide choice of items.
the shower had empty shampoo and conditioner containers. there were large openings at the top of the curtains. the small fridge in the room was unsteady.

Really good Hospitality in Town Center
engaging proprietor quiet double quality furnishings wide choice
The proprietor met me. He was engaging, friendly, cute. He also proved to be very helpful. My room, a double, on the first floor, I found quiet and bright. It also felt spacious and very well appointed. The ensuite shower room matched it. The bed and soft furnishings were of very good quality. I had a continental breakfast that included a wide choice of items. A really pleasant experience
The curtains in the room had a slight gap at the top. This was because they did not have enough hooks on them, to fully cover the window.

The hotel's location is very central. It is only a few minutes' walk from the main street. Private, off-street parking is ample, located at the rear of the main building and easily accessible.

Breakfast offered great choices. It included fruit juice, cereals, porridge, yogurts, fresh fruit, and oatcakes. Boiled eggs, croissants, and pain au chocolat were offered. There was a homemade apple torte too. A real treat.
