Fantastic stay with very nice views

The room was clean and well presented. It had a beautiful view down the beach, i really enjoyed it. Everything was considered, i liked the fridge with fresh milk and water.
check in time WAS after 5pm already.

The hotel includes a large guest lounge. It also functions as a breakfast area. Free parking is available, that is always good. The tide times were written for dolphin watching.

Breakfast offered many options, everything tasted nice. The breakfast was a full scottish, i didn't regret it. I chose not to take breakfast but a pleasant café is next to the bed and breakfast, that's very convenient.

My room featured a sea view, amazing. The bathroom was spacious with every item needed. The provided bedding and towels were lovely. I had a comfortable double room. It included everything i needed. It was spotlessly clean.

The room felt way too small and looked out into an alley. It lacked a sea view. large furniture filled the limited floor space. the bed was also stiff. The springs poked through, and i didn't get a good night's sleep.

The location offers easy access to the beach and is near a dolphin viewing point. The owner, Helen, ensured all our needs were met. She is very nice. The breakfast featured lovely local produce cooked to order. The double room had everything I needed, and it was spotlessly clean.
The check-in time was rather late in the afternoon.
