staff attention cute atmosphere
i appreciate the pool staff attention. they ensure the sunbeds are tidy and towels are always available. friendly staff provide great service and a cute atmosphere. the hotel location near the river makes exploring easy.

impressed stay
immediate assistance warm welcome super clean hotel wonderful scent
the service was excellent from the parking lot, a team member assisted with our luggage immediately. reception staff welcomed us warmly. we were shown around and escorted to our premium room balcony river view. the hotel has a wonderful scent and is super clean.
the premises present some complications, requiring elevator changes to reach certain facilities. i found this layout somewhat inconvenient though it did not affect my overall enjoyment.

the buffet breakfast was excellent, it offered an abundance of fresh fruits. i found various meats, cheeses, breads, and desserts. the 1638 bar and the rooftop bar impressed me with a variety of spirits.

our room was spacious, featured high ceilings, and included a balcony. i saw champagne and chocolates upon arrival! the bed and pillows were soft. the shower was separate from the bathroom.
