easy accessold mattressback pain
The location was easy to access (walking distance to main areas or a nearby metro station).
The bed mattress was old and horrible. It resulted in back pain and sleepless nights (especially disappointing for the price).

cramped room
the location was fine, close to transport links. our room was a triple room, but it felt cramped. i found it hard to climb the stairs several times a day because of a knee problem. it. the staff did not offer any assistance with luggage, either.
